INCEPTION:
Our Broker has been developing properties throughout
Metro Atlanta since 1971. To serve as the vehicle to supply his Real Estate Development,
Building, and Investment companies with opportunities
in land, he formed Land Group Atlanta. Since our inception,
we have added to our staff individuals with a firm understanding
of Client Commitment and whose backgrounds required
Professionalism, Strong Communication skills, and a
Results-Oriented mentality. These traits have carried
over and are the foundation for the successes that we
have shared with our clients, shared as individuals,
and shared as a company.
EXPERIENCE:
For more than 35-years, Land Group Atlanta and its
affiliates have worked in virtually every aspect
of land brokerage and development, including Market
Research and Analysis, Valuation and Advisory, Land
Planning / Engineering, and Zoning Review. In addition
to County and Municipal Officials, we have worked
with the Southeast's and Metropolitan Atlanta's
